At The Pate Company, we’re committed to staying at the forefront of innovation and production efficiency, in order to better serve our customers. In line with this commitment, we’re excited to announce the addition of two state-of-the-art Accurpress press brakes to our manufacturing facility.
This new investment in our future represents a significant upgrade to our manufacturing capabilities. The addition of this new equipment has resulted in even better and more consistent product quality, as well as even shorter lead times, for a wide range of our roof penetration and equipment support products – for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and roofing industries.
Our new press brakes offer increased throughputs and allow us to turn custom products faster, as well as to increase the volume of our most popular in-stock items – helping assure we’ll have the products you need, when you need them.
However, speed is only half of the equation. These new state-of-the-art press brakes also provide extremely precise bends, improving overall product quality and assuring all final dimensions match our submittal drawings. This assures that Pate products will perform as required in the field.
The details of our two new press brakes include:
Accurpress Model 7606: This 60-ton press brake features a 6-foot bed, making it ideal for smaller, precision parts and products that demand high accuracy. Its compact design and powerful capabilities allow for exceptional versatility and efficiency in producing smaller components.
Accurpress Model 717512: With a 175-ton capacity and a 12-foot bed, this press brake is designed for handling larger, more complex products with ease. Its robust construction and advanced controls ensure precise bending, even with heavy-duty materials.
Both press brakes feature advanced “LazerSafe” guarding systems and controls, providing both operator safety and operating efficiency. Together, these two models have dramatically increased our capacity to produce everything from roof curbs, to equipment supports, to equipment bases, to RTU adapters – and any other product that requires precisely bent metal and leakproof seams.
